2. Purchases and Payment
2.1. All prices for our products are listed in [AED] and are subject to change without notice.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that we suspect are fraudulent, unauthorised, or violate our policies.
3. Shipping and Delivery

3.2. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
3.3. We take every measure to ensure live fish are healthy and shipped in safe conditions, but we cannot guarantee live arrival due to factors beyond our control (e.g., shipping delays, extreme weather).
3.4. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there are any issues with the live fish or other products. Include clear photos for claims on dead or damaged livestock.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. 100% Refund or Replacement on Dead Fishes - pls inform us on same day or within 24hours.
4.2. For non-perishable items such as equipment, you may request a return or exchange within [2] days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
4.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [2] days of receiving the returned item.
5. Fish Care Responsibility
5.1. We provide general care instructions and recommendations for each species we sell. However, it is your responsibility to research and ensure the proper care, tank setup, and compatibility for the fish you purchase.
5.2. We are not liable for any harm, disease, or death that occurs due to improper care, unsuitable water conditions, or the introduction of the fish into a tank with incompatible species.
6. Health Guarantee and DOA Policy
6.1. We guarantee that the fish we ship are healthy and free from visible signs of disease at the time of shipping.
6.2. In the unfortunate event of Dead on Arrival (DOA), you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the deceased fish in the unopened bag.
- Keep the deceased fish for possible inspection.
6.3. If the DOA claim is accepted, we will provide a replacement for the affected fish at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1. We are not liable for any damage or loss of fish, equipment, or property resulting from the improper setup or use of our products.
7.2. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.
7.3. Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product in question.
8.User Accounts (for Online Store)
8.1. You may be required to create an account to purchase from our website.
8.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
8.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
